Pane soffice al latte condensato

ingredienti

latte caldo 240 ml

Latte condensato 75 g

N. 1

Zucchero 30 g

Lievito secco 7g

Farina 520 g

Sale 1 cucchiaino

Burro 50 g

Latte condensato 45 g

preparazione

Sbattere il latte caldo con lo zucchero e il latte condensato. Aggiungere il lievito secco e un uovo, sbattere ancora.

Aggiungere gli ingredienti secchi (farina e sale) agli ingredienti umidi.

Aggiungete il burro ammorbidito e mescolate ancora con il gancio per impastare per 10 minuti. Lasciare riposare l’impasto per un’ora o finché non avrà raddoppiato il suo volume.

Sbattere l’impasto.

Tagliate ⅔ dell’impasto e stendetelo in un rettangolo di 25 x 40 cm.

Arrotolare l’impasto in un rotolo e tagliarlo a pezzi.

Metti i pezzi di pasta nella teglia preparata e mettili da parte.

Per i panini più piccoli, tagliare l’impasto rimasto in pezzetti e disporli in piccole teglie.

Metti da parte i panini per 1 ora.

Spennellate la parte superiore di ogni panino con il tuorlo d’uovo prima di infornare, quindi infornate a 180°C per 25-30 minuti. Per rotoli più piccoli sono sufficienti 20 minuti.

Sbattere insieme parti uguali di burro e latte condensato. Spalmate i panini con questo composto mentre sono ancora caldi.

Togliere dalle teglie quando è completamente freddo.
